From Support Workers to Support Coordinators, we provide a range of services to help you get the most out of your NDIS or TAC funding.

Support Workers

Our Support Workers are highly skilled individuals, who are fantastic at working one on one with our clients while ensuring the broader team stay in the loop every step of the way.

We find support workers that meet individual preferences and skill requirements, and use an advanced system to match the right worker with the right client.

During the intake process, we get to know the formal qualification requirements for the support being requested as well as any hobbies and interests that would help create a better match.

This match ensures peace of mind that we are sending qualified workers, with the added benefit of shared interests.

Support Coordination

Our team of Support Coordinators & Recovery Coaches are highly skilled individuals, ready to help you find all the support services you could possibly need.

If you have support coordination funding in your NDIS plan, our Support Coordinators can work with you to understand your needs and link in with the appropriate services to achieve your goals.

Whatever professional services you may need, if the NDIS funds them - our Support Coordinators will do their best to get them.

We have extensive networks with other professionals in the industry, and we work hard to get you linked in as quickly as possible.

Accommodation

We are experts in providing Short Term, Medium Term or Long Term (SIL) Accommodation.

We have multiple properties across the Gippsland region including Warragul, Drouin, Trafalgar and Traralgon, with varying occupancies available at any given time.

Our houses are fitted out with modern furnishings and all the amenities you might need no matter how long or short your stay.

We take pride in ensuring all roommates get along, so when you reach out we'll ask a few questions to make sure one of our houses is right for you.

Traralgon SDA - Finlayson
